About me
Kia Ora, I’m Manuel Gallo.
I’m a full-time firefighter, a certified breathwork facilitator, and someone who once thought breathing exercises were just for yogis and mountain monks.
Turns out – they’re also for firefighters, shift workers, stressed-out office CEOs, and basically anyone trying to stay calm in a chaotic world.
What is Breathwork?
The way we breathe affects every system and function in our bodies.
If our breathing changes, whether consciously or unconsciously, then our systems and functions change accordingly.
By learning to use your breath intentionally, you can reduce stress, anxiety, improve focus, and find more calm.

Emergency Services
Drawing on my unique experience as a firefighter, I teach front line workers how to use breath and wellness tools to stay calm under pressure, reduce stress, improve their sleep, and make better decisions at work and home.
Workplace Wellness
I regularly facilitate group breathwork sessions at retreats, yoga studios, meditation schools, festivals, and other events. I also occasionally run my own breathwork journeys in Auckland.
